BTR Truck Norris camshaft and MDS conversion package for 2009+ Ram trucks with the 5.7L Gen III HEMI VVT engine. Engine-swap use requires verification of every vehicle-dependent component; this is not a universal car/SUV kit. Fluids and engine tuning are required separately.

Configuration choices
Base kit excludes exhaust manifolds. Optional BD Diesel manifold sets: 1041463 for DS/Classic trucks or 1041467 for DT/new-body trucks. Confirm chassis generation before ordering.
Provisional shipping estimates
Base kit: existing 35 lb parts allowance plus 1 lb carton = 36 lb, using 26 ร 12 ร 8 inches. DS manifold option: 69.83 lb estimated packed; DT manifold option: 70 lb estimated packed; both use 30 ร 16 ร 16 inches. Manifold options add current supplier-catalog weights of 33.83 lb (1041463) or 34 lb (1041467) to the existing base allowance. The base allowance and cartons have not been physically verified; confirm actual packing, weight and any split-shipment needs before dispatch.

Availability and vehicle selection
BTR listed the required MAH-HS54418B gasket service set on backorder on September 22, 2026. Orders are accepted without a guaranteed ship date; confirm lead time before scheduling installation.
Vehicle references are 2009โ2010 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L, 2011โ2024 Ram 1500 5.7L and 2019โ2024 Ram 1500 Classic 5.7L. Select the DS/Classic exhaust option for the matching DS chassis, or DT for 2019โ2024 new-body trucks. The options are not interchangeable. Confirm MDS, VVT, engine and chassis before ordering; diesel, V6, 6.4L, HD and car/SUV installations are not verified by this listing.
This is BTR's assembled mixed-brand installation package, including the listed Mopar and MAHLE components. Optional BD manifold choices are existing package configurations, not BTR-manufactured manifolds. Fluids, calibration and labor are not included.
