Configure a Custom BTR LT Trinity Intake
Configure a Brian Tooley Racing Trinity intake from separate Gen V LT components. Match the runners to the installed cylinder heads and fueling arrangement. This kit requires assembly and is not a universal bolt-on intake.

Choosing components
Short, midlength and long runners serve different engine combinations. Supplemental port-injection runners require a compatible fuel system, injectors and calibration. No-injector-provision runners do not accept the optional port-injection rail kits. LT1 and LT4 head-specific runners must be selected for the actual heads on the engine, including swaps.
BTR warns that long runners will not clear the factory hood on most passenger cars. Check intake height, throttle-body pattern, accessory clearance, injector dimensions and fuel-line routing before ordering. This is not a replacement supercharger. Throttle body, injectors, fuel plumbing, tuning and throttle-cable brackets are not included. Burst-panel-provision plenums do not include the burst panel, frame or duct.
Availability
As checked September 22, 2026, BTR listed the short LT1 non-port-injection runners in both finishes, including CNC versions, and black short LT1 port-injection runners as backordered. Black long runners without port-injection provisions showed only one available, below the two required for a kit. Lead times depend on every selected component; confirm before scheduling installation.
Natural cast finishes may vary in shade between components.
Fuel-rail selection
PI means supplemental port-injection provisions; no PI means no supplemental port-injector holes. Short LT1 and LT4 PI runners use FRK-01 or FRK-01-12. Midlength and long PI runners use FRK-02 or FRK-02-12. These combinations follow BTR’s configurator and complete-intake/rail-kit application guidance. No rails means you must supply any required supplemental rail system. FRK-2I dual-port-injector rails are not offered for these runners. Factory direct injection is a separate system.
12AN rail choices require separately sourced fuel-line adapter fittings. FRK-01-family kits using short truck-length injectors require four BRKT-02 brackets, sold separately. Confirm injector height, connector clearance and O-ring dimensions; a rail kit is not a complete fuel system.
Shipping estimate
Estimated contents weight is 30.5 lb without rails, 35 lb with FRK-01 / FRK-01-12 / FRK-02-12, or 35.5 lb with FRK-02. This adds BTR component weight fields provisionally interpreted as pounds, plus 0.5 lb for seals/packing. The provisional carton is 30 × 16 × 16 inches with 1 lb empty-carton tare. These are checkout estimates, not manufacturer-certified packed measurements; final packing may differ.
Vehicle references and required runner selection
Vehicle search identifies this package family, not every configuration. Match the installed cylinder-head ports and verify clearance for both the selected runner height and plenum.
- 2016–2024 Camaro SS / 2017–2024 SS 1LE and 2020–2024 Camaro LT1: LT1-head runner choices. Short, midlength and long choices do not share identical hood clearance.
- 2014–2019 Corvette Stingray/Z51 and 2017–2019 Grand Sport: LT1-head runners. Verify complete plenum/runner height; do not assume a custom combination retains factory hood clearance.
- 2017–2024 Camaro ZL1 / 2018–2024 ZL1 1LE and 2015–2019 Corvette Z06: select LT4-specific short runners only. This is a custom induction conversion that does not retain the factory supercharger/intake assembly.
- 2014–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with L83 5.3L or L86 6.2L: long LT truck runners. Excludes V6, HD/Gen IV engines and L8B eAssist. L83 applications require an L86/LT1 or compatible aftermarket throttle body.
Other engine swaps require verification of the actual heads, accessory drive, fuel system and available space. No universal vehicle fitment is implied. Long runners will not clear most factory passenger-car hoods.
