TSP 2014-2025 GM Truck/SUV 5.3L LT Low-Lift Camshaft Package

A vehicle- and engine-specific Texas Speed low-lift camshaft package for Gen 5 GM trucks and SUVs equipped with the L83, L84 or L82 5.3L. This economical package is designed around TSP low-lift camshafts and PAC beehive springs while retaining the factory-style pushrods, retainers, locks and spring seats when component condition and lifter choice allow.

• Stage 1 Low Lift: Mild street profile with the best drivability and a noticeable improvement in power.
• Stage 2 Low Lift: Stronger midrange and upper-rpm performance with a more pronounced idle.
• LT Chopacabra: Truck-focused profile with aggressive idle character and broad usable power.

• Your selected TSP Gen 5 LT low-lift camshaft
• PAC Gen 5 LT low-lift beehive valve spring set
• TSP 0-degree cam-phaser limiter
• TSP cam-phaser installation tool

Pushrod note: Factory pushrods can normally be reused with the intended low-lift configuration, but lifter selection and measured preload determine the final required length. Always verify pushrod length during assembly.

DOD/DFM delete required: The factory cylinder-deactivation lifters must be removed when installing this performance camshaft package. Add the compatible TSP Gen 5 LT DOD/AFM Delete Kit and select components for the exact engine and model year.

Controller and tuning requirements: Professional calibration is mandatory. Newer L84 and L82 applications may require controller unlock or upgrade services before tuning. No tune, device, credits, controller service or remote tuning support is included.

Fitment: Applicable 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models with the L83 5.3L; applicable 2015-2020 Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and Yukon XL models with the L83; and applicable 2019-2025 Silverado/Sierra plus 2021-2025 full-size GM SUVs equipped with the L84 or L82 5.3L. Verify the engine RPO and controller before ordering.
