Kong Performance Full Supercharger Snout Rebuild
Add a complete snout-bearing service to an eligible Kong CNC supercharger-porting order. Kong disassembles, inspects, rebuilds, and reassembles the customer-supplied snout with new front and rear bearings.
Supported applications
Common supported snouts include Hellcat, Demon, LSA, LS9, LT4, Whipple, and Edelbrock applications. Compatibility should be confirmed for unusual or aftermarket combinations before shipment.
Base service includes
- Snout disassembly and inspection
- Replacement front and rear bearings
- Reassembly of the serviceable snout
- Coordination with the accompanying Kong porting service
Possible additional charges
The advertised price covers the normal bearing rebuild. Damaged input shafts, hubs, housings, drive components, or other parts are not included. If inspection reveals more than routine bearing work, SMG will contact you with the additional repair recommendation and cost before proceeding.
Ordering note: Kong lists this as an add-on to CNC supercharger porting. Purchase it with a compatible base porting service and do not ship parts until SMG provides the service authorization and current routing instructions.
Purchase with an eligible base service
This bearing rebuild is intended to accompany a compatible Kong porting order, such as the factory LT4 porting service or Magnuson LT4 TVS2650 porting service. It does not create an additional shipping charge. Orders placed without an eligible base service will be held while SMG confirms the correct service package.

Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
